Ric Byrnes |
Ric Byrnes, Managing Director of OmniSupport, brings 20 years of international experience in customer-facing management to OmniSupport clients. |

Before founding OmniSupport, Ric held Director level roles in Customer Care, Support and Services for Adobe and McAfee respectively where he designed, built and then managed both companies first centralised support centres for the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Ric designed ‘Follow the Sun’ models for these companies. He was also McAfee’s lead representative at the Australian Government’s Anti-Spam Forum on spam legislation. |

Ric also spent 8 years managing worldwide support and development teams in the medical software industry. He also spent several years in a global role based out of the US, where he drove key programs and infrastructures to ensure Support staff were fully trained and prepared to support customers. |

With his passion in Support and considerable experience and expertise, Ric aspires to steer OmniSupport in delivering new levels of service to the IT customer and technical support industry. |

Dionne Wong |

Dionne Wong, Director of Operations of OmniSupport, has more than 17 years of industry experience in business operations, marketing, brand management and engineering in fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining OmniSupport, Dionne was the regional manager for Symantec Education in the Asia Pacific and Japan, implementing sales operations and infrastructures for training enablement. |

Dionne was also the Support Development and Readiness Manager at McAfee covering Asia Pacific being responsible for outsourcing partners, branding, new program implementation and communication. |
| |
Dionne also worked with HP, Sun Microsystems and ModusLink, where she pioneered the development of interactive online marketing strategies for eCRM and Developer Network programs. |

With a strong grounding in program management and marketing, Dionne brings a depth of understanding and experience to OmniSupport and its clients. |
